Maxwell Glasson

Managing Member
Maxwell Glasson brings more than 13 years of litigation experience representing individuals and businesses in complex legal matters. He is licensed to practice in California, Nevada, and Washington, and earned his B.A. from the University of Washington and his J.D., with a specialization in corporate law, from Santa Clara University School of Law. Before becoming an attorney, Max worked as a real estate appraiser, bringing a practical business perspective to his legal practice. In addition to his day-to-day legal work, Max frequently teaches continuing education courses on topics such as fair housing, property management best practices, estate planning, and probate. He also serves as a Commissioner Pro Tem for the King County Superior Court in Seattle. Outside of the courtroom, Max is a longtime Rotarian and competitive youth soccer coach.

Chelsey Glasson

Firm Administrator & Licensed WA Rule 9 Intern
Chelsey Glasson began her career in public policy before spending more than a decade in the technology industry working on product design and innovation teams at companies large and small. Her experience as a plaintiff in a pregnancy discrimination lawsuit inspired her transition to law school. Chelsey holds a B.A. in Communication and an M.S. in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington. She is currently a third-year law student at the William S. Boyd School of Law where she's pursuing a concentration in business and commercial law. Chelsey is also a writer who is currently exploring the intersection of labor, law, and product design.
